Job Title: Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the commissioning and testing process, you will support the implementation of security and communication systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration and thorough testing of various security and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address, and other Security & Communication systems to ensure they meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with the project team to implement new projects, providing technical support and ensuring timely completion.
  • Customer Support: Provide continuous technical and operational program support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field, preferably with a background in systems integration and testing.
  • Skillset: Good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure; positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative; responsible and committed to meeting deadlines on assigned jobs; good communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word, with a strong understanding of security and communication systems.
