System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Integration Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing integrated systems management services support, ensuring that systems meet KPI or SLA, managing compliance status, and adhering to standards, policies, directives, and guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining Project Security Management Plans, conducting security reviews to minimize risk exposure, ensuring asset inventories are maintained and updated regularly, investigating and resolving systems or infrastructure issues, and managing stakeholders to ensure good customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or related experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments
  • Good technical knowledge in system/network diagnosis and troubleshooting, experience in supporting transmission network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
