Job Title: Field Services Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
  2. Investigate customer complaints, conduct tests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  3. Establish services by studying system requirements, ordering components, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests.
  4. Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods, and recommending system improvements.
  5. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Field Services Technician or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
  • Holding a valid driver's license.
  • Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Industrial, Mechanical, or Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding.
