**Job Overview:**

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead the end-to-end delivery and optimization of specific Workday modules within a large-scale HR transformation program.

This is a high-impact role requiring deep functional expertise, excellent knowledge of HR processes, and proven experience in leading module delivery across the full implementation lifecycle.

  • Lead end-to-end configuration, implementation, and optimization of assigned Workday modules.
  • Partner with HR process owners to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Define module-specific configuration, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to design, execute, and validate module-specific test scripts.
  • Drive user adoption through training, workshops, and clear documentation.
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, resolution, and knowledge transfer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Module Configuration: Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of assigned Workday modules.
  • Business Requirements Translation: Partner with HR process owners to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Module-Specific Configuration: Define module-specific configuration, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
  • Testing Collaboration: Collaborate with testing teams to design, execute, and validate module-specific test scripts.
  • User Adoption: Drive user adoption through training, workshops, and clear documentation.
