Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee the daily accounting operation, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and enhance workflows and internal controls, and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Audit and Compliance: Liaise with the branch's internal and external auditors on audit matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Tax and Reporting: Prepare tax computation schedules, check tax computations, and liaise with tax agents to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Review and analyze financial reports, including MAS reports, and draft responses to queries.
  • Systems Development: Participate in systems development and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess a Degree in Finance and Accounting, preferably with a CA qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of financial and accounting experience, with a strong background in data statistics, data analytics, accounting report management, and financial analysis.
  • Language: Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, due to reporting to China Head Office and colleagues.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Words, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
