Job Title: ICT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ICT infrastructure specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and network operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, including systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and infrastructure systems.

  • Maintain all essential ICT operations, including systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and infrastructure systems.
  • Ensure compliance with current ICT standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Support business-critical ICT Systems and ensure smooth user operations.
  • Implement reliable and automated backup systems.
  • Configure information security technology and collaborate with operational support teams for maintenance and supportability.
  • Regularly monitor and review system and network operational processes, performance, and infrastructure health.
  • Participate in new ICT initiatives and applications, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and services, coordinating with vendors on acquisitions, upgrades, or repairs of relevant technologies and resources.
  • Support reporting managers with statistics, data, and system performance information, participating in analytics for system enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Candidates with significant experience in similar roles are welcome to apply.
  • Two years of experience in IT end-user support is required; junior or trainee positions are available for those without experience.
  • Project management experience with IT-related certification is preferred but not essential.
