Job Title: ICT Executive

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and functional support to the organization's IT System. This includes maintaining all essential ICT operations, ensuring smooth operations for users, and taking ownership of the configuration of information security technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the ICT Manager and is part of a team that provides operational and functional support to the organization's IT System.
  • Maintains all essential ICT operations, including operations systems, cyber security tools, applications systems, servers, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and infrastructure systems.
  • Takes ownership of the configuration of information security technology and works with the operational support team to ensure their ongoing maintenance and supportability.
  • Monitors and reviews Systems and Network Operational processes, performance, and ensures healthy infrastructure for the organization.
  • Participates in new ICT initiatives and applications, keeps abreast with latest trends and technologies in the industry, conducts R&D where required, manages Suppliers and Vendors relationships, and co-ordinates / liaises with them on the acquisition, upgrade or repair of relevant technologies and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Candidates with significant experience in similar job experience are welcome to apply.
  • Two years of experience in IT end-user support is required. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply for junior or trainee positions.
  • Project management experience with IT-related professional certification is preferred but not essential.
