Pastry Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commis or Demi Pastry Baker to join our team at the heart of pastry production.
Our central kitchen is where creativity and tradition come together in perfect harmony. We're looking for someone with a passion for baking, who can work closely with senior chefs to refine techniques and maintain product quality.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in preparing signature viennoiseries, tarts, cakes, and more. You'll assist in the preparation of ingredients, handle mise en place, and ensure proper rotation and storage.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of pastries, breads, and other baked goods
- Work closely with senior chefs to refine techniques and maintain product quality
- Prepare ingredients, handle mise en place, and ensure proper rotation and storage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- 0–2 years' experience in a pastry kitchen or relevant baking school training
- Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong foundational skills in mixing, piping, and handling delicate ingredients
