Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to lead and manage a sales team, driving them to achieve ambitious sales goals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or sales management, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar field. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is essential, while a Master's degree can be beneficial.

Key responsibilities include setting targets, developing strategies, analyzing data, and leading the team to achieve sales goals. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating sales staff and supervisors.

This role also involves maintaining high service standards, resolving complaints, and enhancing the shopping experience. The successful candidate will monitor stock levels, oversee displays, and track product movements, while executing campaigns, managing promotions, and collaborating with marketing teams.
