Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented professional to spearhead the development of high-performance memory solutions. As a key leader within our team, you will drive innovation and excellence in manufacturing and technology.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to lead a portfolio of cutting-edge memory products, focusing on quality, cost, cycle time, and scale.

About the Role

  • You will oversee the development and validation of new memory products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic and tactical objectives, staying ahead of technology and product leadership.

Responsibilities

  1. Optimized Test Coverage: Ensure effective test coverage for all current and future memory design architectures and process nodes.
  2. Product Development and Validation: Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation memory products, ensuring they meet necessary standards.
  3. Support for New Product Design Validation: Provide technical support for design verification and in-depth circuit analysis of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  4. Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction: Improve manufacturing test yields, reduce test time, and resolve yield-related issues to meet cost reduction targets.
  5. Promotion of Innovation: Drive innovation and changes that provide a competitive edge in the market.
  6. Mentorship and Development of Others: Develop and mentor others, contributing to the growth and development of the team and organization.
  7. Project Management: Develop project management skills to ensure efficient execution of projects and timely delivery of technological solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in Product Engineering.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and technical expertise, particularly in root cause analysis and solution space through in-depth circuit analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistics and data analysis tools and scripting is essential.
  • Dedicated, highly motivated, and adaptable individuals with a flexible approach towards different roles in a dynamic working environment.
  • Proven track record of collaborative work within and across teams to address complex business and engineering problems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about people leadership and ongoing learning and development.
