Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze cell device characteristics to identify areas for improvement
  • Engineer memory device/array operation to optimize performance and reliability
  • Develop novel solutions for next generation NAND technologies
  • Collaborate with product engineers and probe engineers to ensure seamless execution of projects
Requirements
  • Ph.D or Master's degree in Nanoscience or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong understanding and experience with nonvolatile memories and NAND device physics
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor devices and processes
  • Experience with NAND cell optimization and algorithm development preferred
  • Strong understanding of statistics
