Event Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to manage the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. This includes conferences, meetings, and other events that require meticulous organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate project timelines, priorities, and status updates using emails and reports. They will also be responsible for supporting proposal development and client presentations, building lasting relationships with clients.

Additionally, the Event Planning Specialist will source, negotiate with, and manage regional vendors and venues to ensure seamless event execution. They will oversee post-event financial and operational reconciliation to guarantee accurate reporting and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Polytechnic diploma or degree (any field)
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Proven capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
