Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Meeting Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

The Meeting Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening Aguner's relationships with architectural firms and maincontractors across Singapore.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Call and email architects's offices to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Visit architects' offices (with technical team) to introduce our siphonic system and promote CPD talks.
  • Coordinate CPD sessions with technical team, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collect and report feedback from architects to help improve engagement strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of architects and firms in Singapore.
Qualifications & Skills
  • ITE (Higher NITEC) or GCE "A" Levels or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
