Business Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Datasite Singapore PTE. LTD.
About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leading a high-performing Business Development Representative team. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue.
You will work closely with the Inside Sales Director to create and deploy effective sales sequences, build pipelines, and drive pipeline creation in both inbound and outbound realms. Your expertise in talent development and coaching will be instrumental in enhancing the skills of your team members and ensuring they meet their monthly targets.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will be responsible for onboarding new team members, collaborating with Sales Enablement, and mentoring them through their career at Datasite. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze data, and drive results will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Director to design and implement high-quality sales sequences within our Sales Engagement Platform.
- Develop and execute a strategy that ensures the team hits goals, generates a sufficient quality pipeline, and meets monthly targets.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to tailor a strategy for each Business Development Representative, focusing on Elevate, our career advancement program.
- Provide strategic guidance to Business Development Representatives, alongside the Inside Sales Director, to drive pipeline creation in both inbound and outbound realms.
- Enable and coach Business Development Representatives to develop new sales skills, in collaboration with the Inside Sales Director and Sales Enablement Team.
- Onboard new team members, working closely with Sales Enablement and training them alongside the Inside Sales Director.
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for Business Development Representatives in their day-to-day activities related to prospecting and calling using all tech applications.
- Attend LinkedIn Sales Navigator calls and share updates on the tool with the team.
We are looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams. Your expertise in sales performance improvement, talent development, and coaching will be invaluable in this role. If you have experience in developing people, understanding how to collaborate with internal stakeholders, and driving results, we encourage you to apply.
A competitive salary is offered for this position, ranging from SGD 10,000 - SGD 15,000 per month, depending on experience. We also offer a benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
