Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and qualifying semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering and experience in wafer fabrication processes. Additionally, they will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements
  • Partner with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance
  • Manage logistics for processing the lots in fab
  • Own and point of contact for new product lots in the fab
  • Process split, DOE execution
  • Route creation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 0-1 year's relevant experience for PhD, 1-3 years for Masters, 2-4 years for Degree
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of wafer fabrication processes
  • Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
