Simulation and Characterization Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join our team and contribute to the simulation and characterization of high-speed cryogenic nano-devices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for theoretical investigation and design of innovative cryogenic semiconductor devices, as well as experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of cryogenic devices. They will also provide general research support to the team.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field, and have familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization. Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, especially semiconductor physics and electromagnetics, is also required. Good written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this role.
