Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Energy, Renewables & Infrastructure, Industrials, Capital Goods & Materials sectors. This will involve building strong relationships with existing clients, as well as networking and soliciting referrals from other Relationship Managers.
Main Responsibilities- Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships with corporate clients in the target sectors;
- Proactively manage and monitor existing client relationships to achieve optimum utilization rates and profitability;
- Identify new business opportunities and structure deals that meet the needs of both the client and the bank;
- Cross-sell DBS's suite of products and services to existing clients;
- Underwrite credit risks by properly identifying significant risks and mitigating factors;
- Conduct regular reviews and monitoring of client accounts to ensure compliance with mandatory banking processes.
- University degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience in sales within the Corporate Banking/Mid cap segment;
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and credit analytical skills;
- Good understanding of DBS's suite of products and services;
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and good business networking skills;
- Strong sense of commitment and accountability, with a business focus mindset;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
