Job Title: Senior Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction project lead to spearhead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage teams of construction professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation and Planning:
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Site Supervision and Management:
    • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
    • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  • Technical Guidance and Support:
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams on project-specific requirements.
    • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Quality Assurance and Control:
    • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction outputs.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and testing to identify and address any non-conformities.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
    • Mentor and develop construction professionals to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
    • Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and recommendations to senior management.
    Requirements:
    • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
      • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
