Senior Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful completion of various construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to achieve project objectives, milestones, and deadlines;
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve project outcomes;
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance;
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a supervisory role;
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards;
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices;
