- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget and optimize financial returns.
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with the project to minimize adverse impacts.
Requirements:
- Related BCA certifications or Diploma/Degree in Construction/Project Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant Local Building Construction projects experience.
