**Sport Programmes Manager Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Programme Coordinator to oversee the management of multiple sport programmes.

Key Responsibilities: • Instructor/Facilitator Scheduling: The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling Instructors/Facilitators for 300+ weekly classes across different locations each month, ensuring optimal coverage and programme success. • Ensure timely and accurate scheduling to meet client expectations.• Instructor/Facilitator Sourcing: This role involves identifying and confirming suitable Instructors/Facilitators for programmes based on client objectives and themes, utilizing negotiation skills to secure the best candidates. • Foster strong relationships with instructors and facilitators to drive programme success.• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Instructors/Facilitators is crucial to ensure program success and encourage repeat business. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance instructor and facilitator engagement.• Programme Briefing: Providing clear and concise instructions to Instructors/Facilitators regarding programme details, including logistical information and client expectations. • Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with programme goals.• Programme Evaluation: Continuously evaluating and adjusting programmes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies, enabling data-driven decision making. • Analyze programme performance and make recommendations for improvement.• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance and discipline of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct and upholding high standards of service delivery. • Maintain accurate records of incidents and performance metrics.• Record-Keeping: Tracking and maintaining updated records of incidents during events, including incident reports and follow-up actions. • Ensure seamless communication with relevant stakeholders in case of incidents.
