Job Title: Sport Programme Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to fill the role of Sport Programme Coordinator. This position involves coordinating various programmes, ensuring smooth execution, and providing clear instructions to team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Instructor/Facilitator Scheduling: Assist in assigning Instructors/Facilitators to classes across different locations each month.
  • Instructor/Facilitator Sourcing: Identify suitable Instructors/Facilitators for programmes based on client objectives and themes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Instructors/Facilitators to ensure program success.
  • Programme Briefing: Provide clear and concise instructions to Instructors/Facilitators regarding programme details.
  • Programme Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and adjust programmes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and discipline of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct.
  • Record-Keeping: Track and maintain updated records of incidents during events.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with programme coordination and event management.
