**What you will be working on**
- Role and Responsibilities:
- To create experiential sporting experience to Seniors by innovating, promoting and delivering quality programme through the creation of opportunities and networking with key partners to leverage on each other’s strength and resources, contributing to a healthy and socially connected citizens into their golden age.
- To conceptualise, develop and drive the following in the Sports Volunteer Framework under Team Nila area through:
- Co-create volunteer opportunities with the team
- Do up volunteer recruitment, Recruitment, Communications, Marketing and Branding
- Collaborate with external partners such as Eldercare Centres to increase the Reach
- Collaborate with internal partners to leverage on expertise and resources
- Collaborate with partners to design and implement the Community Physical Activities Programme
- Plan and manage the implementation of the programmes that are suitable for seniors including inter-generational programmes
- Collection of data and compilation of analytics
- Support HQ team in planning and implementation of events/programmes.
- Ability to connect and collaborate with various organizations such as NSAs, schools and VWOs, to achieve desired business outcomes within the destinated location
- Research and conceptualise strategic volunteer recruitment initiatives, policies and procedures.
- To ensure the Vol Framework sustains the development and progression of the local sports volunteering culture.
- To organise InterGen events to attract new volunteers.
**What we are looking for**
- Job Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, you should possess the following:
- Diploma or Degree holder (degree in Sport Management or Event Management is advantageous)
- Proficient in English and possess strong language and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Possess excellent attention to detail, good time management skills, adaptable to changing work requirements and willing to take on new challenges
- Have a proactive mindset and a good team player
- Maybe required to work on weekend and Public Holiday
- Experience in sport programming or volunteer management related work will be key assets for this temporary position
