Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior team members.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with ease.

They will also be responsible for preparing correspondence, making travel bookings, and processing expense claims.

Able to work independently, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience is required.
