Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance on power plant equipment, conducting inspections and repairs as assigned by the mechanical engineer or supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements and lubrication checks
  • Conducting troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to determine causes of equipment failure
  • Repairing and calibrating mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves and piping
  • Assisting engineers in developing risk assessments and mitigation measures for maintenance jobs
  • Coordinating with maintenance crafts and technicians to execute tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ITE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a power plant or petrochemical industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
