Job Title: Reservation Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Reservation Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
  • Verify availability of room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Answer questions about hotel facilities, services, and room accommodations.
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Input and access data in reservation system.
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel's property management system.
  • Be knowledgeable on loyalty programs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
