Property Management Career Opportunity

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and maintenance of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all facilities are fully functional, well-maintained, and safe for occupants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to lead a team. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • To manage day-to-day operations and coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Responsible for preserving the good condition of properties, ensuring they are safe and well maintained.
  • Ensure all facilities are always fully operational and functional.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance functions to meet client expectations.
  • Plan, co-coordinate, and facilitate regular meetings with vendors and staff.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the complex/building.
  • Review and recommend renewal or tendering of vendor contracts before their expiry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. You will be customer service-oriented, able to work with all levels, and exhibit strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant years of experience in managing industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.
  • Degree in Estate Management, Facilities / Hospitality / Business preferably familiarity with BMSMA.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibit organizational and leadership skills.
  • Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to work with all levels.
