Property Asset Manager
About the Role:This is a key position responsible for managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties. The role involves operating buildings on behalf of clients and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Confirm that services are provided in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary actions.
- Respond to tenant needs and ensure administrative and building staff resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walk-throughs and tenant improvements.
- Collect rent and pay expenses as per lease terms and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
- Provide lease reviews for client approval and document settlements and notifications.
- Degree in Building/Facilities/Property Management or related field, preferably with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Commercial/Retail experience is highly advantageous.
- Able to analyze information and make sound judgments using existing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants and landlords at all levels.
