Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily restaurant services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Greet and direct guests to designated rooms, ensuring necessary and appropriate SOPs are applied
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
  • Work together with the team to provide excellent service
  • Interact with guests and brief them on set menus
  • Provide basic technical support for any technical errors in the outlet
  • Ensure billing is accurately performed in accordance with SOP
  • Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
  • Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred
