Job Title: IT Systems Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Development Specialist to join our team. As an IT Systems Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify areas where the systems can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements specifications for the systems.
  • Work with vendors to evaluate the architecture and functionality of the systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems, including data flow, interoperability, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols for applications, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Develop test plans and test cases, and oversee the testing and validation of the systems.
  • Coordinate the deployment of the systems across projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are trained and comfortable with the new system.
  • Deliver training and materials to educate users on system functionalities. Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support to users of the systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Ensure that the systems is updated and maintained to meet the evolving needs of the projects.
  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns in the use of the systems, and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, React, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL and Open-Source Databases.
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and deploying AI solutions.
  • Experience with web services and APIs (Application Programming Interface).
  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Power BI will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital twin technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Possess positive work attitude, integrity, self-motivated in a highly demanding environment.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as an independent performer, and on any ad-hoc task assigned.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Deliver quality products on time.
  • Qualification: Degree in Computing or equivalent.
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
