System Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing system development, implementation and support of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure that the EAI application meets the business needs.
  • Participate in design and development stages to create efficient and scalable systems.
  • Conduct unit testing and system integrated testing to ensure that the application is stable and functional.
  • Provide production and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Set up system infrastructure, deploy applications, and implement automation processes.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute system rollout and implementations with minimal disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java and C++ programming languages.
  • Working experience on Solaris platform is highly preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge with JAVA Development, including object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and experience with change management tools like IBM ClearCase, CVS, or Aldon.
  • Hands-on experience with Autosys, batch scheduling/processing, and AS400 systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work flexible shifts as needed.
