Job Title: F&B Procurement Specialist

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality raw materials and packaging supplies for large-scale food production. This position requires excellent negotiation skills, ability to work with suppliers, and strong inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure raw materials (meat, seafood, vegetables, dry goods, etc.) and packaging supplies for large-scale food production.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work closely with production planners and kitchen teams to forecast demand and align procurement schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate just-in-time deliveries to minimize waste and storage costs.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems.

Cost & Quality Management

  • Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies to optimize cost savings.
  • Ensure all procured items meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, SFA).
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and quality checks.

Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Support new product development by sourcing new ingredients and materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.

Requirements

  • 5 years of working experience.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients.
  • Willing to learn and adapt faster.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of supply chain in F&B Industries is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Available to work 5 days a week.
