F&B Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate purchasing needs and ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in F&B procurement or supply chain, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office. They must be able to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Store teams to coordinate purchasing needs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Sourcing and evaluating ingredients and materials according to R&D and product development needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Negotiating with vendors to obtain the best pricing, terms, and quality
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B procurement or supply chain preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of inventory or procurement software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently
  • Good command of English; Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers
