Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airfreight Import Specialist to join our team. As an employee in this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing air freight import orders from retrieval to delivery.

You will work closely with our international organization and partners to retrieve shipments, prepare quotations, and handle incoming shipments upon arrival in Europe. Additionally, you will be responsible for electronic customs declaration, follow-up disposition, and invoicing.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer orientation, strong analytical skills, high communication readiness, and teamwork. You should also have flexibility and resilience, as well as completed commercial training or equivalent experience/education.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have a good command of German and English in both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
