We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Air Import Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors, handling and processing shipping documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company. You should possess good knowledge of handling airfreight shipments and related documentation, be proficient in MS Office and Customs Applications, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
  • Keep customers and all parties informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
  • Handle and process all shipping documentation, including customs declarations
  • Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc., into the in-house system
