  • Maintain a motivated and disciplined workforce, promoting a positive working environment to enhance employee morale and productivity

  • Manage the accurate updating of ERP systems (e.g., Syteline) to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing industry, with a strong background in production management and optimization
  • Able to work in rotating shifts if required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
