  • Providing excellent customer service by resolving client billing inquiries and supporting clients in addressing payment-related concerns.
  • Assisting with payment arrangements or adjustments, including setting up installment plans when necessary, showcases your ability to think critically.
  • Preparing regular billing reports and updating management on payment statuses and outstanding balances demonstrates your analytical skills.
  • Maintaining compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards in all billing activities is paramount.
  • Supporting audit processes by organizing and submitting required documentation and records ensures seamless operations.

Beyond technical skills, successful Administrative Billing Specialists possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline and 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.

A background in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
