Job Overview

As a Project Delivery Innovation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing enterprise transformation projects and strategies.

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and innovate with our team, shaping the agenda and tracking the progress of overall project delivery and key digital transformation/change initiatives.

  • Develop innovative products, upskill sales teams, and implement advanced customer engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and implement enterprise transformation projects and strategies.
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness and operational efficiency through investments in systems, distribution, people, and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Expertise in aligning programme objectives with strategic business goals, ensuring that projects are delivered well and contribute to overall vision of change/transformation.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders towards common goals, ensuring alignment and commitment to programme objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating project/program strategies, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proven track record in leading medium to large-scale, change and transformational initiatives.
  • Expertise in delivery planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, coupled with a deep understanding of resource optimization.
