Project Leader - AI Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the delivery of our AI transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating stakeholder inputs and aligning with organizational goals.
  • Tactical Leadership: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-powered solutions that address business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with business leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure solution adoption and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure thorough documentation of project processes, champion automation, and contribute to the establishment of robust post-delivery support frameworks to enhance time-to-market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing or supporting projects in the energy or utilities sector, ideally within business or operational functions.
  • Data Science and Engineering: Strong track record in delivering data science and data engineering solutions in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Exposure to AI/ML technologies in the energy or utilities domain (e.g., demand forecasting, energy consumption analytics, equipment failure prediction).
  • Project Management Certification: Prior involvement in AI-driven transformation projects or innovation initiatives is advantageous, with over 5 years of hands-on project delivery experience.
