Project Lead for Digital Transformation

Lead our Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) initiatives to drive the implementation of digital technologies and processes to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and collaboration across our projects in the built environment sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead to manage the successful implementation of the IDD strategy and framework across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration of digital workflows from design to construction and facility management.

  1. Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute Project Digital Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Implement Digital Tools: Champion the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other digital tools to optimize project outcomes.
  3. Foster Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication between all project stakeholders through common data environments.
  4. Oversee Digital Delivery: Oversee the entire digital delivery lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and design coordination to construction sequencing and digital handover.
  5. Manage Data Integrity: Manage project data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all team members.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital project delivery.
  7. Track Performance: Track and report on key performance indicators related to IDD implementation and project performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Digital Delivery Management Accreditation: Possess a Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation from building SMART Singapore or an equivalent, recognized certification.
  • Experience in IDD: A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery within the built environment industry.
  • BIM Expertise: Proven track record of managing and delivering projects using BIM and other digital construction technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Tech Skills: Experience with various BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise).
