Lab Resource Sustainability Expert

As a Senior Manager of Lab Resources, you will drive sustainability initiatives, establish policies and procedures, and lead lab resource management to support lab operations. The role reports to the Team Lead of Resource Planning and Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement division-wide sustainability initiatives and provide guidance to Labs-in-charge on sustainable practices.
- Analyze data, prepare the division's sustainability dashboard, and implement process improvement projects on lab processes.
- Promote resource efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes for lab space changes and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Oversee lab resource planning for optimal utilization and capacity management.
- Apply automation, technology, or process optimization to manage lab operation data for management reporting.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows for continuous improvement in lab operations and equipment maintenance.
- Support division activities and administrative needs, including proper documentation of records.
- Possess a good degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in lab and sustainability management.
- Applicants with past experience in startup or business operation-related roles where they were involved in planning aspects are preferred.
- Knowledge in green lab or passion for environmental stewardship is an advantage.
