Job Description

As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printers (MFP). This includes diagnosing and repairing issues with both hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for MFPs.
  • Update completed service jobs into our customer relationship management system.
  • Clear parts used in our SAP system.
  • Set up new MFPs for customers at their premises, including printer driver installation and setup of scanning capabilities.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including report updating and data collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical skills, including knowledge of MFP hardware and software. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
