Job Title: Printer Maintenance Professional

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide on-site service-related activities at customer premises.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs), including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, updating service jobs in CRM systems, and clearing parts used in SAP systems. Additionally, the technician will set up printers, including driver installation and scanning setup, for new customers and provide administrative support to the service team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess relevant qualifications such as GCE 'N', 'O' Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent.
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in copier product management, including equipment troubleshooting.
  • Hold a Class 3 driving license.
  • Exhibit sound IT knowledge in software and demonstrate strong product technical knowledge in MFPs and ECR/POS.
  • Display good communication and interpersonal skills, show customer service orientation, structured approach, and attention to detail.
