Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Functional Printer Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for performing maintenance work on MFP equipment, providing on-site service repair/troubleshooting, and updating service jobs in the CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in product management, including troubleshooting of equipment, and possess strong technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/POS systems.

This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, candidates must have their own transportation available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Work: Perform routine maintenance tasks on MFP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • On-Site Service Repair/Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and effective repair services for both hardware and software issues related to MFP equipment.
  • Service Job Updates: Accurately update all completed service jobs in the CRM system.
  • Machine Setup: Configure newly purchased MFP equipment for customers, including printer driver installation and setup.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product management, including troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/POS systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Transportation: Own transportation available.
