Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary, CPF submissions, and statutory payments.

Your primary responsibilities will include verifying/approving IR21 for foreign resignees and annual IR8A, preparing payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors, as well as assisting in payroll system upgrades while maintaining the confidentiality of payroll data.

In addition to payroll management, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle talent acquisition, including job postings, resume screening, interviews arrangement, reference checks, and onboarding/offboarding.

You will also assist in talent retention strategies, handle work pass applications & renewals, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

">

Furthermore, you will implement and execute training plans, conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations, and assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars.

The successful candidate will administer employee lifecycle events (contract renewals, internal transfers, probation, promotions, etc.) and maintain accurate employee records.

They will coordinate onboarding, benefits management (insurance, leaves, claims), and support HR policy implementation.

Finally, they will conduct employee engagement initiatives and manage surveys, support the organization of company events (festivals, anniversaries, team-bonding), and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR/Business Management or equivalent.">
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration/HR operations.">
  • Proficient in HRM payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.">
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles, taxation, and employment laws in Singapore.">
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.">
