Payroll and Finance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, including wage calculation, deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, CPF contributions, and leave entitlements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
  • Submit monthly payroll reports and statutory filings on time
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare and issue monthly billing invoices, and reconcile payments using SAP
  • Process vendor and inter-company payments via online banking
  • Generate and review finance reports to support monthly financial closing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a payroll and HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software; SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong compliance and record-keeping skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and task prioritization skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across all levels
  • CEI and/or iHRP certification preferred
