Senior Scientist Position

The role entails participating in projects focusing on cancer progression, treatment resistance, and tumor microenvironment interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing experiments, analyzing complex datasets, publishing research papers, and contributing to grant proposals.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and execute laboratory experiments related to cancer biology using advanced techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, flow cytometry, RNA sequencing, and imaging technologies.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using bioinformatics/statistical tools where appropriate.
- Contribute to manuscript preparation, scientific presentations, and grant applications.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results in accordance with institutional guidelines.
- Collaborate with other researchers, clinicians, and technical staff within and beyond the institution.
- Mentor junior researchers and assist in training students, as required.
- Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field.
- Strong background in cell and molecular biology techniques.
- Evidence of productivity through peer-reviewed publications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
