Job Description

We are seeking a Research Scientist to join our team. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and setting up new plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) systems. You will also design experiments for PECVD growth of boron nitride nanomaterials, optimize PECVD parameters, and perform and analyze SEM, TEM, Raman, and other material characterizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize PECVD parameters
  • Perform and analyze material characterizations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related disciplines. You should have experience operating CVD systems for growth of 2D and nanomaterials, as well as experience with nanomaterial characterization techniques. Good management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential, along with excellent communication and writing skills. A strong sense of responsibility for research and work is also required.
