Senior Registration Coordinator Job Opportunity

This role entails managing the registration process for our organization. It involves collaborating with clients/customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate data collection and recording.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using registration software/systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage registration forms, data entry, and database management.
  2. Interact with clients/customers to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve registration-related matters.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records in compliance with organizational standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless event execution.
  5. Process payments and manage financial records.
  6. Prepare and distribute registration-related communications, such as confirmation emails and instructions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and customer concerns.
  8. Provide on-site registration support during events, including attendee check-in and assistance as needed.
  9. Monitor registration trends and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Additional responsibilities include preparing reports and providing analytical insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality) or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience in registration management or customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required, along with adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
