">Job Overview

As a seasoned Project Manager, Transformation, you will lead complex transformational projects from inception to completion, developing innovative engineering and process solutions for improved efficiency and minimized costs.

  • Develop practical and cutting-edge solutions to user requirements and problem statements.
  • Lead proof of concept (POC) projects from start to end, tracking delivery and final implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct thorough internal process and project audits for adherence to established processes.
  • Research technology and operation methods to ensure better productivity, safe practices, and lower costs.

You will prepare objective reports for deliverables and track progress of works. You must communicate effectively with various stakeholders and independently present solutions for obtaining buy-in. Drive on-ground adoption and implementation of solutions with users and address issues dynamically. Develop Standard Operating Procedures and process flows, work process instructions, training, and other implementation strategies for POC projects.

">Key Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Project Management/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as a project manager/project lead with a proven track record.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate cost models and assess financial feasibility.
  • Able to independently manage projects and make informed decisions on ground.
  • Knowledge of engineering or supply chain processes is highly desirable.
  • Able to manage internal and external stakeholders and possess strong people management skills.
